Marcum olive oil is a high end olive oil that meets the ultra strict standards of California olive oil council. Marcum olive oil is made by a dentist and physical therapist in northern California from coratina olives. The grove consists of 200 trees planted on seven acres and the olives are hand-picked and cold pressed just once within several hours of picking to ensure freshness and the highest quality. The owners state that the trees have never been subjected to pesticides or chemicals and no solvents are used in the manufacture of the olive oil.
